Throttle Housing.NSR250，HRC，AssyThis throttle is a reproduction ofa factory HRC one used on the factory NSR250s in the 1990s andsimilar.For one of our projects，a customer kindly sent us the scanof the HRC part and from that we were able to reproduce this almostimpossibleto find part.The actual housing isCNC machined in 6061 T6aluminium.The machining marks are then removed by bead blasting andthen the part sprayed black to faithfully reproduce the look of theoriginal factory cast one.The actual throttle is 3D printed intough Nylon.The throttle uses an M6 type cable adjuster screw tosecure to the cable and 1/4 turn of the throttle givesapproximately 63mm of ‘pull’on the throttle cable.Please see theattached picture.Note，this is not plug and play for any motorcyclethat is available from Honda or even HRC for that matter.It wasdesigned for unobtainable factory NSR250 motorcycles and the likeand will NOT fit your MC21，MC28 etc.However，it is an interestingand useful product for anyone wanting a special looking throttleand willing to adapt it to their project.We wanted this for our NX5factory racer project which is still in development and we plan tohook it up to Keihin SPJ carburetors.If anyone else wants to do asimilar project then hopefully，this will useful to them
