The WISECO piston kit includes Piston、 Rings、 Wrist Pin andCirclips (2X) Use standard NSR250 Piston Bearing、 13111-KV3-771(not included).

The WISECO piston offers great strength with light weight thanks toit’s forged design. And has a Zylan coated skirt for lowfriction.

This piston is a direct replacement for the ’stock’ piston includedin the TYGA 300cc big bore kit and gives greater scope forperformance modification.

We offer this piston in two styles. Either shortened on the frontside for the standard NSR250 crankcases、 or full length for use inmodified cases.

Short Skirt (default)：
The short skirt type piston is a ’bolt on’ solution for the bigbore kit. In this case we modify the piston by shortening the frontside skirt to allow clearance from the crankcase at BDC. Therefore、no crankcase disassembly or modification is necessary、 and the topend can be assembled in the usual way of doing a top endoverhaul.

Full Skirt：
The full skirt type piston has a very slightly increased longevitycompared to the short skirt type、 however、 this necessitates thatthe crankcase is completely disassembled、 and some grinding of thecrankcase is required to allow for piston clearance from the caseat BDC.
